I called JME Energy enquiring about EV chargers. Phone was answered by Jim. He spent about five minutes telling me about his company and suggesting options to fit my requirement. I sent him a very short video of my property, electric meter box and the position I wanted the charger installed. I then received a quote by email and an installation date. Jim arrived when he said he would and the job was completed in a couple of hours. I couldn't fault the process from my initial phone call to job completion. Very neat and tidy installation, great explanation of the App and excellent follow up post install. 10/10, thanks!

Jim and Max did a fantastic job installing a Hypervolt EV charger for me, and though the installation and cable routing looked pretty tricky to me it did not phase Jim.

From initial contact, and throughout the whole process, Jim was extremely professional and he used his expertise and skills to advise me on the best cable routing and equipment location, and the installation was completed to a very high standard.

After commissioning the charger Jim walked me through setting up and using the Hypervolt App, and I am now ready and looking forward to switching to a low cost EV tariff.

I could not be happier with the end result, and I have no hesitation in recommending JME Energy to anybody considering the installation of an EV charger.

As soon as I posted my requirement regarding an electrical issue, Jim called me and was able to attend very quickly.

I provided the address and tenant contact details, and he took care of everything efficiently. The problem was resolved promptly, and he kept me informed throughout, which was very reassuring as I manage the property remotely.
