Jim fitted Solar panels & battery storage for us. From start to finish it was an extremely professional job & we would highly recommend his services. When we were looking into solar panels, we wanted 3 quotes. Jim responded to our request very quickly & came round to visit us, unlike some other companies that wanted to quote remotely. He didn’t give us the hard double glazing type sales pitch (unlike another company) and gave us advice and a fair price. He was straight and upfront from the start, he did exactly what he said he would, in the timescales he said. His team & the roofers he used were professional, tidy and were no problem when working on site. Jim stayed late into the evening to explain the system to us and then followed up providing the certificates in a timely manner. A great experience from start to finish. We spent a considerable amount of time researching solar and battery systems before choosing JME, and Jim's knowledge, patience and personal approach really stood out. He took the time to understand what we wanted to achieve — reducing our electricity costs, making the most of our solar generation and having reliable backup during the power cuts we have experienced locally. We considered several different systems before eventually choosing a 9.6 kWp solar array with 17.52 kWh of Sigenergy battery storage and backup. The installation has been carried out to a very high standard and the system is extremely neat and tidy. Jim has also been excellent at explaining how everything works and setting us up with the mySigen app. We've only been up and running for a short time, but the initial results are already very encouraging. We're extremely pleased with both the system and the service from JME and would happily recommend Jim to anyone considering solar and battery storage.
