I called JME Energy enquiring about EV chargers. Phone was answered by Jim. He spent about five minutes telling me about his company and suggesting options to fit my requirement. I sent him a very short video of my property, electric meter box and the position I wanted the charger installed. I then received a quote by email and an installation date. Jim arrived when he said he would and the job was completed in a couple of hours. I couldn't fault the process from my initial phone call to job completion. Jim and Max did a fantastic job installing a Hypervolt EV charger for me, and though the installation and cable routing looked pretty tricky to me it did not phase Jim.

From initial contact, and throughout the whole process, Jim was extremely professional and he used his expertise and skills to advise me on the best cable routing and equipment location, and the installation was completed to a very high standard.

After commissioning the charger Jim walked me through setting up and using the Hypervolt App, and I am now ready and looking forward to switching to a low cost EV tariff.
